RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At CUNEMARI, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing clothing online. If an item does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to provide a clear and fair resolution.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligible clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with attached tags and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Items showing signs of excessive wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Personalized clothing, final-sale merchandise, and certain hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email contactus@cunemari.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation.

Our support team will review the request and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please contact us before shipping any products back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs when possible.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. This notification period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds and Return Shipping

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days.

Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. CUNEMARI will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return results from our error or a defective or incorrect product.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, orders must generally follow the standard return process.
